7 Ways To Celebrate Labor Day

#6 BE A BLESSING OF LABOR TO SOMEONE ELSE

On Labor Day you may not be able to do something for someone else right now. But, you can take time to consider who, what, when and how.

Make a short list of some people you know who can benefit from you investing some physical labor into their life. Next, list some ways you can help these people. Set some target dates so that you’ll commit to actually doing it and figure out the remaining details so that your good God-motivated intentions can be fully executed.

Do this as a gift. It’s not so you can earn money and it may not really have any hint of demonstrating any investment value. This is pure obedience to God and a time to celebrate with your physical strength God’s passion for someone else. Learn the joy of being used.
