I am excited about the opportunity to lead the “Performance Training” department for Faith and Fitness Magazine. The purpose of my writing and the writing in this section is to help all of you grow in faith and reach your fitness and performance goals in the process!

Please let me know what topics you would be most interested in reading about.

For example, would you like to read about performance training for a specific sport or fitness goal?

I would love to offer some insight and help you reach your goals. Whether that goal is to improve speed, agility, quickness, power, or conditioning level, I want to organize the articles in this section around your interests.
