#5 GIVE THE ROUTINE AND AGENDA A BREAK
You’ve heard the sayings, “I owe, I owe, so off to work I go” or “Another day, another dollar”. The routine can get monotonous. Ok, unrelenting. The 9 to 5 can become 7 to 7 and you still don’t get it all done. The potential evolves into an agenda built by projections, expectations and both business and personal goals.
That applies to your fitness too. Maybe you’re too highly motivated always needing to push further, lift harder, go longer and look better. Even your faith can get out of whack if your outcomes and expectations aren’t in alignment with what God has for you.
To manage your time better you’ve got to let God do it. There’s a big difference between “You can do anything” and “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”. Don’t let a success culture pervert God’s truth.
