GROUP FITNESS ASSESSMENT GUIDE
1. STYLE OF CLASS – Mind/body, dance-based cardio, strength training, music & crowd can help determine the best fit for your personality.
2. FITNESS LEVEL – Is the class for beginner, intermediate, advanced or can all fitness levels TRULY participate.
3. PREVIEW – Visit the class at least 3 times many factors play into your first experience, the rule of 3 helps eliminate any emotional, physical or environmental hindrances to your final decision.
4. DISCUSS AND GET INPUT – Ask a friend for their personal recommendation.
5. YOUR CALL – Ultimately…Did YOU enjoy it, did it meet YOUR needs? If so, take it further. If not, try something new.
