Men, it’s Memorial Day Weekend – the beginning of summer and I know you’re ready to get it started right. That garage of yours needs to be ready too. Get rid of all that stuff you’re never going to use. Haul the trash away, sweep the floor and get your never-gonna-happen luxury man cave set up to instead be your ultimate garage gym.
You’re an athlete and Freedom Fitness America, founded by me, Chris Reardon, wants you to invite your athlete and wanna-be athlete friends to join you in your garage this Memorial Day Weekend to get summer going tactfully. Begin with a 60-minute Tactical Garage Gym – Virtual Murph Hero WOD. Then have some ice cold drinks and some good carbs and protein ready for a 30-minute Garage Gym Church.

Alright maybe getting the garage ready will take some effort but Garage Gym Church is easy to do. Participate via Zoom on May 27 or May 28, Facebook LIVE and YouTube. You can have your buddies over anytime during Memorial Day Weekend to hang out, compete with other athletes in the military, law enforcement, fire/rescue, and fitness community around the US and then do church casually. This Memorial Day Weekend Garage Gym Church will feature a portion of the movie Surrender Only To One. Check out the trailer below.
The movie follows the stories of 6 US Special Forces members who served in combat during Operation Iraqi and Enduring Freedom who were able to overcome challenges such as suicidal ideations, substance abuse, domestic altercations, PTSD, hopelessness, and moral injury by finding redemption through the offer of healing and life to fullest made by Jesus. After the movie there will be a brief time of discussion.
BEYOND MEMORIAL DAY
Freedom Fitness America is planning an ongoing schedule of Garage Gym Church gatherings that you can do in your garage. So go ahead and get connected with them now so that everyone in your community (Ok, well maybe not everyone but all those that God would lead to your garage door) can workout and do church in your garage.

I am looking forward to training physically and spiritually with anybody looking for an amazing military fitness challenge in honor of those who gave all for freedom as we celebrate Memorial Day Weekend! We will be continuing live virtual Saturday morning workouts followed by Christian content initially designed for military service members regarding topics of the warrior lifestyle and leadership.
