That is a spiritual process that only God can engineer as we open our hearts and yield our will to His Spirit. If you think that is difficult, think again. Recover your life. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. Live freely.

The focal point to all of the areas covered above always point to the Family. Family is built on the foundation of Faith, Fitness, and Food. See how easy it is to move beyond balance and make each area a priority with God.
