The Bible says we're the light of the world and that we should “let [our] light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify [our] Father in heaven”.
Let your children and husband see you making healthy choices and exercising. By doing so you are setting an example for them to follow. Let them see you walking and worshipping, lifting and loving and they will experience the spiritual foundations of wellness. Set healthy food before them.
Even if you are busy you can make healthy meals.
I have found that the realization that my children are watching me becomes motivation for me to stick to living a healthy lifestyle. Similarly, If your husband struggles in the area health you can have an influence on him just by him observing you. This means that our conduct alone can have an impact on winning our husbands over. Let him see you with more energy and in a better mood from exercising and eating right.
Make sure that you are being a light and not a bully. You never want to push people into doing something. Instead, demonstrate God's with others. Your life is your greatest ministry because people want to see what you do rather than hear what you say.
