Top Bods on Campus

By Brad Bloom

The childhood obesity crisis doesn’t go away as children grow. They become young adults with adult-sized challenges. Many of them are on college campuses. The university environment can challenge even the most disciplined and fit student. Endless fast food choices, beer, independence from parents, lack of sleep and many other factors all make up the college scene. It’s easy for students to make poor choices and cement bad habits that can last longer than student loans.
Fortunately, there are students that are setting the example of how college life can be. They embrace a healthy lifestyle. More importantly they are pursuing God and uncovering a lot more than a great looking body. Faith & Fitness Magazine is committed to supporting campuses across the country promote wellness and help students build healthy lifestyles. Our 2008 Top Bods On Campus are recognized for their commitment to fitness and their faith in God.
