I get asked these questions all of the time:
1. How are you so positive?
2. How are you so optimistic?
3. How do you have so much energy?
The first answer I would give anyone would simply be because I have a relationship with Christ that fuels me each and everyday. That is where my personal strength comes from. I find if I lack my daily discipline of staying in the word, praying and listening to Christian music my soul suffers the consequences.
I often times can relate this to working out. If you stop working out you often times slip up on your nutrition and start making bad choices in the kitchen. Or your body starts to change and not function at its optimum level of performance.
You simply have to stay in a rhythm of DAILY action and discipline to maintain, improve and grow your faith, fitness and nutrition.
