Peace Benefits – 13 Principles Of Health And Wellbeing

Who and where do you turn to in times of trouble, uncertainty, or when facing a difficult decision? Many people seek advice from friends and family and leave God out of the decision-making process. For those who seek God out through prayer and meditation, it’s often done so as a last resort. You need both God and other people to lean on during times of despair and uncertainty.

Seek God first by learning what He says in His word – the Bible. There’s not a single circumstance in your life now, or in your future that the Bible doesn’t address. God’s word provides comfort, confidence, and peace. God brings clarity into who you should seek out, what questions you should ask, and determines how you interpret the answers and feedback provided by others.

God works through people, and the Bible says in Proverbs 12:15 that the way of a fool is right in his own eyes, but a wise man is he who listens to counsel. It’s important to get the best advice from the RIGHT people, for the issue at hand. People who have more experience than you in a particular matter, someone else currently dealing with the same issue, and people you trust and respect are great people to seek out for advice.

A COACH CAN BE A KEY ‘PEACE’ TO HOLISTIC WELLNESS

I’m a Holistic Wellness Coach, Certified Behavior Change Specialist, and Certified Personal Trainer who helps my clients change mindsets to change their behaviors and bodies.

I’ve worked in the health wellness industry for over thirty years and I’m passionate about coaching people to think, feel, and look their best. I got my professional start in 1988, while serving as the Base Fitness Advisor for Reese Air Force Base in Texas. During my time in the Air Force, I conducted fitness assessment testing, oversaw the weight management program, and performed personal training, for pilots, military personnel, and their dependents.

After leaving the Air Force in 1992, I spent the next 27 years working in the health and fitness industry. During this time I opened and operated health clubs in several states, worked for some of the finest commercial fitness equipment brands, consulted and designed hundreds of fitness centers across the country, and managed key accounts while working for the largest commercial fitness equipment dealer in America.

I launched Peace Benefits amid the Coronavirus pandemic in 2020, with a focus on helping people in several key areas: emotional intelligence testing and training, personal training, nutrition coaching, and holistic wellness life coaching. I utilize the Peace Benefits Dimensions of Wellness Model, which I developed after realizing there was a universal need for a more comprehensive model in helping people improve in all dimensions of wellness to enhance their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

13 KEYS TO LIVING A LIFE OF PEACE

The Peace Benefits represent a dimensions of wellness model that encompass our holistic health and wellbeing. The Peace Benefits consist of twelve principles, that when successfully applied in unison, lead to the ultimate level of peace and security.

Together all 13 are each represented by a letter in P E A C E B E N E F I T S. On my website and in the resources I’ve developed I offer an in-depth understanding to each. However here in this feature is a brief look at each one:
