move your body to have joy

I recently had a person who had attended one of our “Fit to Serve” seminars come up to me at church and exclaim that the concept of moving to keep our joy had worked for him.

What I had shared at the seminar was that fitness conditioning and/or moving your body systemmically is the number one strategy prescibed for clinical depression. When we move our bodies, powerful endongenous opiates are produced and released to our 75 trillion cells that create tremendous amounts of electricity and energy.

So, move boldly move.
