Sam Barr is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association. He is the Owner and Head Coach at Sam Barr Strength & Conditioning in Punxsutawney, PA and has a B.S. in Fitness Management from Lock Haven University.
Sam coaches professional, college, and high school athletes along with adult fitness clients where he applies his passion for human performance to help each individual maximize their God-given potential. Sam attends One Life Church in Punxsutawney, PA where he teaches discipleship and serves on the Board of Directors.
