Bio:
Luke, a co-founder of FaithFit, began his journey of inviting God in as a football player at the University of Wisconsin. God worked through Athletes in Action to reorient his motivations for sport and working out from a focus on self, to a focus on glorifying and honoring God. What he discovered is his workout time became his best way to meet with God and became a time of worship.
The Lord stirred his heart to start to curate devotional workouts to help others invite God into their workouts. Drawing on his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and experience in the Wisconsin Badgers and Kansas City Chiefs strength and conditioning programs, he began with co-founder Anthony to build a library of HIIT workouts that train both physical and spiritual muscles at the same time.
Outside of FaithFit, Luke leads a marketing operations team for the sport video technology company, Hudl. He currently lives in La Crosse, WI with his wife, Ashley and their three children, Ben, Ava and Theo.
