All products, services and events are described and presented to the best of our ability. Any specific terms for a product, service or event are outlined one their specific page.
Your Purchase/Registration is non-refundable and is for the named registered person and associated email address only. However, for a product that has not yet shipped, a service that has not yet been provide or an event that has not yet occurred you can CONTACT US within 14 days of your original purchase to request a one time transfer (less expenses) from the original registrant to another or you can request a credit that can be applied to any of our other products, services or events.
By making your payment and completing your checkout you agree to these terms and to us contacting you regarding it. We do not share your information.
