From Atrophy To A TROPHY #atrophyforgood

“What a waste!” is the attitude some people have about investing time in exercise. But – if you don’t use it, you’re losing it. As much as 1/3 pound of muscle (not fat) is lost yearly due to a sedentary lifestyle. Muscular atrophy is a gradual decline in muscle size and strength and a loss of vigor. That’s not what God desires. You are the trophy He prizes highly. Only God can nourish your spirit and give you growth. Let your life reflect the shape of God’s grace. Develop strength that only comes from an ACTIVE faith.
