Jane Bower is a retired surgical technician living in Arizona. In addition to spending time with her husband and enjoying the tranquility of meditative days in the warm desert she regularly exercises at the local pool and taking long walks.
She says, “Writing has been a passion of mine; I find joy in sharing the lessons I have learned throughout my life, believing these insights will inspire and uplift others on their journeys.” Her goal is to help readers on their path to aging gracefully and healthily.
