.

With summer right around the corner and stone pit fruits in full bloom I created this one last year. It is one of my go to's in summer because it is super easy. With a smoothie added this will leave you full for hours.

I used fresh sliced apricots, peaches, plums, nectarines and strawberries and threw in some blueberries. Then I topped it with a tbsp of Chia seeds, Hemp Seeds and shredded coconut and enjoyed every bite of deliciousness. Experiment with any fruits of your choice.

Blueberry Avocado Smoothie

makes 2 full glasses

2 cups plain keifer

2 cups frozen blueberries

1 avocado pitted

1 tbsp honey

2 tbsps of chia seeds

Blend them all in your high powered blender until smooth and enjoy!
