Becoming Your Best: God’s Blueprint for Complete Transformation

Everyone has a best–but not everyone knows there’s a best to be had.  Everyone has a best–but not everyone seeks out what their best really is.

Your best isn’t about competing with anyone else; it’s about discovering and living out the full measure of who God created you to be. That potential is in you by divine design. But living in your God-given purpose takes more than desire–it requires discipline, courage, and a plan that involves God, who is the True Transformer.

Get Out of Survival Mode and Step Into Purpose

Too many people live stuck in survival mode, thinking only about getting through the day, paying the bills, or solving short-term problems. But when you’re in constant crisis management, it keeps you from stepping into the bigger picture of who you are called to be. I remember when my business coach told me, “You need to do A, B, and C.” But my response was, “How can I do that when I’m just trying to handle this one issue in front of me?” He showed me that by thinking creatively, being disciplined, and shifting my priorities, I could delegate the small things and focus on what I was truly called to do. That principle changed everything for me.

When it comes to your health, the same principle applies. If your body is unhealthy, it hinders your confidence, energy, and clarity of mind. But when you prioritize and bring discipline to your physical body, it transfers the positive mindset into every other area. You start to think more clearly. You gain the confidence to approach challenges and opportunities that once seemed out of reach. Getting your body healthy and fit is the first step in getting your life healthy.

Discipline Is Transferable

When you learn to follow through with your workouts and nutrition, something powerful happens: the discipline you have learned through your body starts to affect every area of your life. The mindset you build through physical consistency teaches you how to be dedicated and finish what you start—at home, in your business, in your spiritual life, in your marriage and relationships.

But it works both ways. If you get in the habit of quitting when things get hard, that also becomes part of your pattern. And the consequences show up not just in your body, but in your job, your finances, your relationships, and your relationship with God.

One of the most powerful principles I teach in the God’s Blueprint for Healthy, Holy Living Program is simply this: WE ARE FINISHERS. When your workout is 30-minutes on the Stairmill, you don’t stop at 18 or 25 just because it’s hard. You finish. That commitment to finish strengthens not just your body, but your character. It prepares you to push through pressure in every area of life.

The True Transformer is Necessary for Lasting Results

Short-term fixes focus mainly on the body. You might lose weight quickly, but because nothing inside your mind has truly changed, the weight almost always comes back—and usually even more than before.

Lasting results mean you’ve been transformed. Like a caterpillar becoming a butterfly, you can’t go back to who you were. You’ve built a healthy, fit lifestyle that gives you both quality and quantity of life—for the rest of your life. This only happens when God is involved.

He is the True Transformer. Without God, the journey is surface-level and temporary. But when you invite Him into your process, your mind is renewed, your heart is healed, and your actions align with His purpose for you.

Your Health Is the Foundation for Everything

If you lose your health, you lose your ability to serve, to take action and follow through, and to fulfill your calling. Health isn’t about vanity—it’s about stewardship. You only get one body to carry out the mission God placed in you.

When your body is strong and well, you think better, pray better, look better, feel better, and do better. If you’re carrying extra weight, battling chronic fatigue, or constantly discouraged by your physical appearance, it’s time to make a change. That change starts with the decision to honor God with your body.

Breakthrough Requires Support and Self-Examination

This process is about more than weight loss. It’s about the layers that get revealed as you work toward your best. Old habits, emotional wounds, and spiritual blocks start to surface—and you can’t ignore them and hope they will go away. Some say, “Oh, that happened in the past, get over it and forget about it.” But the hurts, harms, and soul wounds that we experience through people, circumstances, and situations don’t go away, no matter how deeply we stuff them. These negative things actually affect our lives today and will hinder our future and make us less until we understand and deal with them.

That’s why Coaching and the right program matters. You need a Coach who loves you enough to tell you the truth, ask the hard questions, be willing to get into the fox hole with you, and help guide you through when you feel stuck. You also need to be willing to examine yourself. If you’re not getting results, don’t just quit. Ask: “Am I really following the plan? Is there an emotional or spiritual block that needs to be dealt with? Is it time to get honest and ask for help?”

When you face those things that have been holding you back from your full potential instead of hiding from them, your breakthrough begins.

Decide to Be Your Best

Everything starts with a decision. But the decision alone is not enough—you need a Coach and program that gives you all the tools required for real transformation. That means having a nutrition and exercise plan that not only tells you what to do but teaches you why you’re doing it. It means having a foundation that draws you closer to God through prayer and Word study, so He can heal the past hurts, harms, and soul wounds that have been holding you back.

You start with your willpower, but when you stay consistent in the process, you’ll finish with God’s power. That’s when real transformation happens—not just for a short period of time, but for the rest of your life. The result is a lifestyle of health, fitness, and complete wellness—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

You have to make the decision that your physical health and the purpose God has placed inside of you is worth it, and once that decision is made, you are disciplined and consistent enough to see it through. Even when you don’t feel like it. Even when the scale doesn’t move. Even when no one sees the effort but you and God–you know what you do in the dark shows up in the light.

God has placed more inside of you. But you have to be willing to rise above circumstances, take action, and stay committed to the process. Don’t give up. Don’t settle. Don’t stop short of your best. You were created for more. Let God lead your transformation, and become the person He always meant you to be.

If you’re ready to begin your journey toward true transformation—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—don’t wait another day. Find a Coach and a program that will speak truth to you, teach you the why behind what you are doing, draw you closer to God, and give you the necessary elements for your lasting success.

You can be your best. Now is your time!
