okay....i feel like i'm slipping
Hi Coach!
What do I do when I feel completely overwhelmed? I am barely getting one workout in, which is better than what I've done in the past, but not where I want to be. I'm a full time student, involved in ministry, work full time, wife, mother-just the average life of a middle aged adult. I don't seem to be able to fit enough hours in the day. I get up at 4:30 am to be at the gym by 5 so I can get home in time to get ready for work at 8 am. Work til 5, go home and have until 10:30pm to eat, study, do ministry work, spend time with family (and maybe squeeze a workout in if there's no unexpected tasks-which when you serve as a minister there are always unexpected tasks...)
I refuse to give this up. I keep hoping that the leaner I get, the more energy I'll have to do those things which are important to me. Right now, I'm just exhausted.
Can you tell me how to get through this?
